Fiscal Years 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026

The San Luis Obispo County Integrated Waste Management Authority (IWMA) invites qualified certified public accounting firms to perform professional auditing services for three fiscal years, beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. These audits are to be performed in accordance with the California State Controllers’ minimum audit requirements for special districts, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) including the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 Audit of State and Local Governments and Non-profit Organizations, as well as IWMA Policy F-9 (Appendix A). The San Luis Obispo County Integrated Waste Management Authority (IWMA) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide social media services to enhance its outreach to the community of San Luis Obispo County.The proposed term of the contract is two years with an option to extend for one twelve-month period, pending Executive Director approval.
