The IWMA Board of Directors has begun an update to our agency's Strategic Plan, which outlines our Mission, Vision, Values and Objectives for the next five years. As a crucial part of this process, stakeholders across the County are invited to provide their feedback. 

We are in the process of holding structured meetings with stakeholders groups, to engage in an open dialogue about the process and how we can best align our strategic plan to the priorities of our diverse stakeholders.
