SLO County's Anaerobic Digestion facility, Kompogas, is hosting their Spring Compost Giveaway on Saturday, March 28th, from 10 AM - 2 PM. 

This is a community event for the general public to get FREE organic certified compost for use in yards and gardens.  Again, it is limited for residential use, please no commercial businesses or landscapers. 

If you are coming with a pick-up truck or trailer, please bring a tarp to cover the load, so we don't leave compost all over the roadways. 

All of the compost that is produced by this facility was once organic waste in our green bins! Thank you for composting SLO County!
